REGIONAL MANAGER

Responsible for the achievement of sales targets, merchandise management effectiveness and store operations efficiencies within a given territory through the implementation of store management strategies, store operations systems and standards and general leadership over a team of Store Managers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops a store team with a high competence for executing strategic business initiatives thereby driving business results.
  • Holds Store Managers accountable for consistently achieving or exceeding stores’ weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans to ensure that regional goals are met.
  • Ensures that Store Managers within the region build their stores’ existing business and local store awareness through consistent utilization of company provided programs and resources.
  • Ensures the profitable operations of the stores in order to contribute to the company’s overall financial success.
  • Ensures that merchandising standards are maintained, marketing programs and events are implemented as directed and premium customer service is provided to drive sales and meet customer needs.
  • Hires, manages and trains Store Managers to maximize the sales and profitability potential of each store, regularly conducting performance reviews and counseling.
  • Reviews sales environment and key business indicators within the region to identify problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement.
  • Creates regional sales plans and ensures the execution of sales strategies.
  • Ensures that store operations standards, guidelines and complied with across all stores; conducts operational audits during store visits.
  • Provides feedback and coordinates with the various departments within the company to address store concerns and issues.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Male or female, not more than 35 years old
  • Graduate of management, business administration, entrepreneurship or equivalent
  • At least three year experience in multi-store management

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Work is normally performed in a typical interior/work office environment.
  • No or very limited physical effort required.
  • No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
  • Travel required.
